Same Team: Our mission is to help get the message of recovery out. If you buy from us, either you are in recovery, someone you love is trying to recover, or your mission is to help others find recovery too. As such, we all are on the same team. Our terms and conditions are this: use common sense. Do not order what you really don't want.

Damaged Orders: If you receive an order that is damaged, you MUST keep the packaging and return the order and packaging to the post office or your postal carrier immediately. They will have some papers for you to fill out and send us, we can collect on the insurance, and your order will be replaced. PLEASE--if you do not do this-- the Post Office will not reimburse us and we cannot reimburse you. Insurance is not valid if you throw away the packaging or the damaged items.

Returns: You have 30 days from date of delivery to return an order (still in new condition). We will refund the card you used to pay for the order, or we will send a check if you paid by check.  However, we cannot pay for your postage to return the order to us. So don't be buying books for your loved one if you are going to return them if they get drunk!  Please do not call the credit card company to cancel payment as they charge ME $36 to credit you back. We will send you a check as soon as your order is returned!

Shipment: All books go out by media mail and packages by parcel post. We need the address where you receive mail--NOT your UPS drop off address. All pacakages are tracked and insured at not extra cost to you.Please see the "damaged" section above for instuctions on damaged or parcially received orders. You must follow the instuctions carefully or you invalidate our insurance and we cannot reimburse you. Media mail takes from 10 days to a month to receive. If after a reasonable time you have not received an order, call us and we will track it for you and replace it, if necessary. Shipping costs: All orders are calculated at 10% regardless of what it costs us. On small orders, it costs us more to send than we charge but it's just eaiser this way. All orders over $150 and the shipping is FREE.
